1.Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by visiting the Order section in Your Account.

MY ORDER WAS NOT PAID YET

1. Log-in into your account.

2. Place new order

3. Write us a ticket asking to delete old order

MY ORDER WAS PAID

1. Log-in into your account.

2. Go to MY ORDERS

3. If order was sent you cant change anything

3b If order was not sent write us a ticket and write exactly which items you want to change.

2.Change Shipping Address

1. You can change shipping address if order was NOT sent yet.

For this:

1. Log-in into your account.

2. Go to MY ORDERS

3. Click Edit

4. Save

2. If order WAS sent nothing can be changed.

In most cases expected arrival time is 10-14 days after shipping date.

9.I was not home and package was returned back

In order to avoid such situations:

1. make sure our emails are not getting into spam folder

2. once you got email confirming shipping contact us asking for tracking code

2b. log-in into your account, go to MY ORDERS open needed order and see there shipped packages and expected arrival dates for each

Now knowing what was sent and when you can plan aproximately when you will get the package so keep tracking it and if needed talk to mailman if you wont be at home.
